We are currently looking for a Manager – Learning & Development to join our Human Resources team at our corporate office in Griffin, GA (after training, role can be hybrid). Bring your previous experience in instructional design, developing training programs, and delivering quality employee development strategies and take advantage of this great opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization that provides a team environment with lots of growth potential.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in learning & development, be highly organized and possess attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency, have exceptional communication skills, and the proven ability to build relationships and foster teamwork. Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
