Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Internist/Family Doctor to join our team in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. The successful candidate will provide care and treatment to patients, as well as supervise mid-level providers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions
- Provide preventative care and health education to patients
- Prescribe medications and therapies as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop care plans
- Supervise mid-level providers
Qualifications:
- Board certification in family medicine or internal medicine
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Missouri
- Demonstrated experience in providing healthcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of current medical best practices and technologies
Experience and Skills:
- Experienced in providing family medicine/internal medicine
- Demonstrated ability to make sound medical decisions
- Ability to work with a diverse patient population
- Knowledge of charting, coding and billing processes
- Strong computer proficiency
