Impact Companies is looking for a tenacious Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The person who fills this role must be professional, have great time management, organize and maintain the executive's schedule, and be the executive's overall right-hand person.
Minimum job requirements & skills:
- 2 years of experience in an Assistant capacity
- Strong-willed character
- Confident in pushing management to meet deadlines
- Experience working in the construction field is preferred
- Self-starter personality
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Comfortable managing calendars and meetings
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Exemplary leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Works well under pressure
- Comfortable with light personal assistant tasks as well
Responsibilities:
- Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Handle personal tasks and errands
