Job purpose
The role of the Manufacturing Technician I is to manufacture high quality products for IMMY customers. This technician will succeed in this role by gaining knowledge of and understanding the history, processes, and goals of the product line that will be taught upon being hired. This person must have high attention to detail, a great eye for quality, and be comfortable performing repetitive processes. Under moderate supervision, they will perform various tasks such as buffer preparation, packaging/labeling, kitting of finished goods, or other various processes, while keeping accurate and complete records using our ERP system. The Manufacturing Technician I may assist in various process and equipment validations and is encouraged to generate ideas to improve processes or product quality.
