Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is currently seeking a highly motivated Management Consultant to support a United States Marine Corps (USMC) effort within Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic in Charleston, South Carolina. Qualifying candidates must meet or exceed the following requirements: 

Experience Requirements: 

• Ten (10) years of strategic business management experience in C4ISR engineering projects, to include: development of corporate strategic plans, development of organizational performance management plans, development of organization governance structures, guiding significant organizational change management efforts 

• Comprehensive knowledge of and direct experience implementing Agile / Scrum / SAFe concepts, practices, and processes 

• Demonstrated experience using IBM Jazz tools and / or JIRA 

• Demonstrated experience supporting DoD projects at NIWC Atlantic 

• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and development 

Education Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Education, Engineering, Physical Science or business-related specialty from an accredited college or university

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Current Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 3 Program Management Certification 

• Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe certification(s) desired 

Additional Requirements: 

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products 

• Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills 

• High-level attention to detail and the ability to track various projects, tasks, schedules, and competing priorities 

• Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment 

• Process-oriented with strong planning, organizational, and time management skills 

• Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences 

Security Requirements: 

• U.S. Citizenship mandatory

• Must have active SECRET clearance
