Responsibilities & Qualifications

The Payroll Specialist works under the guidance of and reports directly to the Payroll Manager. This role will be responsible for completing the administrative duties of the payroll department by supporting multiple locations around the country. In addition, this role will collaborate and support the human resources team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process all changes including new hires, terms and personnel-related changes (bonus, rate differentials, commissions, referrals etc.) into the HRIS/Payroll system.
  • Administer our Time and Attendance system weekly to ensure all associates are paid accurately based on hours worked.
  • Enter all federal and state-mandated garnishments.
  • Process all associate loans and track until repayment is complete.
  • Run all weekly reporting for the field and finance department.
  • Provide training of payroll procedures to the field.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5 years of payroll processing experience.
  • ADP Experience required – E-Time and Attendance and Workforce Now
  • Minimum payroll processing experience supporting 300-400 employees
  • Detailed oriented and ability to Multi-Task
