We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, go-getter that is willing to work a fast-paced job and able to perform tasks individually or as part of a team. Must be self-disciplined and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining efficiency, quality, and meeting deadlines. This job consists of working indoors and outside in all types of weather conditions.

Key Attributes:

• Seeking someone with a minimum of 2 year's experience working with vinyl graphics and non-electrical signs.

• Some installation experience required.

• Comfortable with and ability to work with tall ladders, scaffolds and lifts.

• Comfortable with and ability to use simple hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers etc.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Professional, upbeat, positive attitude.

• Keeping calm in stressful situations.

• Sharp attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as an integral team member.

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse customer & prospect base.

Skillsets:

• Ability to lead a team. Must be able to assess the scope of work and make the appropriate assignments to team members.

• Must be prepared for all aspects of a job.

• Leadership qualities, organization, and a positive attitude.

• General knowledge of hardware and safe use of hand tools and power tools.

• Problem solving skills and ability to evaluate, diagnose and recommend best solutions.

• Ability to climb ladders, work out of a bucket truck (or lift) and be comfortable with heights.

• Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting (up to 75 lbs.).

• Must be able to read work orders and follow instruction.

• Attention to detail.

• Good communication skills – both oral and written.
• Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and reliable personal transportation.

• Comply with various safety standards as set forth by clients and industries.

• Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
