Overview

In this role you will oversee, coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team to successfully meet and exceed the hiring needs of the global business. The Talent Acquisition team’s role is to partner with business stakeholders including hiring authorities, leadership, and corporate functional teams to consistently build and maintain a supply of qualified, diverse and talented candidates, while ensuring best practices and scalable procedures are in place. This is a pivotal role in the organization as we grow and evolve into new business areas, and you will have the opportunity to shape strategy and roll up your sleeves to recruit and train the team and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Evolve global talent acquisition programs and policies to ensure processes and procedures are established, communicated, and consistent across the company.
  • Define recruitment strategies, measurable goals, objectives, and metrics that link talent acquisition to the most critical business initiatives with consideration to budgetary and headcount guidelines. Implement recruitment strategies in an effective manner.
  • Communicate recruitment function strategies to others in the company in a manner that positions the talent acquisition organization as a trusted advisor to the business.
  • Conduct full lifecycle recruitment for assigned searches and collaborate with Human Resources Team on hires.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a robust talent pipeline to meet business needs.
  • Create a proactive talent acquisition strategy utilizing social media, externally focused networking and diversity initiatives to meet business initiatives and growth strategies.
  • Build on the employment brand, candidate, and customer experience consistent with Illuminate's corporate branding, communicating Illuminate's strong employee value proposition.
  • Responsible for collection, analysis, and reporting of measurement data (time to fill, applicant flow data, attrition, etc.) for process improvement and performance management
  •  Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process in compliance with government regulations.
  • Enhance and conduct interview training and coaching for hiring managers and interviewers.
  • Develop, conduct, and arrange for pre-employment assessments in conjunction with Organizational Development and business leaders.
  • Oversee the administration of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure the system is meeting the needs of the talent acquisition function and the business. Maintain a relationship with the ATS vendor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field and 5 years of experience managing a high-volume recruitment function.
  • Experience with in-house recruitment function including security cleared roles up to TS/SCI with polygraphs.
  • Experience with OFCCP guidelines and best practices.
  • Considerable knowledge of the principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting, staffing, and onboarding.
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), internet and various Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS applications; experience with iCIMS a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • License/Certificates: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional (SPHR) certification.
