Ikonix USA is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Coordinator

SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for analyzing customer information to make product recommendations and provide post-sale support. Follows up on interested parties and assists in closing sales. Makes cold calls and schedules appointments to discover new sales business opportunities. Responds to technical inquiries, questions, and complaints from customers to provide the best possible service. Works with departments on assisting with order entry or updates on accounts.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related degree
  • 1 year of experience in sales or customer service

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Supports the generation of new business
  • Handles inbound application and sales inquiries
  • Provides basic technical support assistance for existing and potential customers
  • Conducts outbound direct sales calls including lead prequalification and follow up and creating appointments for Territory Sales Representatives
  • Maintains CRM Database for customers within a designated U.S. territory
  • Assist customers in upgrading their instrument when found to be beyond repair.
  • Coordinates sales activities with outside sales personnel
  • Leads Prequalification and Follow up

MARGINAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Identify possibilities for improvement
  • Adhere to ISO processes and work instructions
  • Other duties as assigned 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, and use hands.
  • The employee is required to lift up to 100 pounds.
  • This position does not require the use or operation of special equipment such as various test and measurement meters.
  • This position does not require employees to move instruments in service
  • Personal protective equipment, safety glasses, ear plugs, protective footwear, protective gloves (as required by application, or by customer site)

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • This position is exposed to risk of electrical shock
  • This position does require work or job related travel
  • This position works in a moderate noise environment
  • This position works near moving mechanical parts
