First Enroll LLC, a Monmouth County, NJ based TPA (third-party administrator) established in 2018 is seeking an energetic, dynamic, and goal-oriented COO to add to its team of executives given its relentless growth. First Enroll is an all in one-solution for all health insurance Sales Agents and Agencies. We handle member services (billing and enrollment), to fulfillment and customer service. We handle in-house commission processing and customized reporting. With our services, support, and software, we are a powerful solution to manage all sales processes, recurring billing, customer service, marketing, and partner programs. The FirstEnroll team is comprised of experienced and educated professionals in each of their respective fields including Accounting, License & Compliance, Agent Services and Systems Administration.
Core responsibility: Design, implement policies to promote company culture and vision and to oversee operations to keep business management at optimal performance and continued growth.

Qualifications
Equivalent work experience preferred with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience • Background within the Insurance or Affiliate Marketing arena is a plus but not required • Experience demonstrating a high-level ability to effectively manage and allocate organization resources is required • Operational management experience such as budgeting, financial management, and Sales & Marketing preferred • Demonstratable leadership ability, relentless follow through, effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and proven ability to interact well individually and as a team • The ability to prioritize, function efficiently and responsibly in various phases of business operations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
