We are seeking a Commission Analyst to join our rapidly growing team in Monmouth County. 

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Analyze and assess accuracy of agent commissions,
• provide solutions for commission inquiries from sales agents,
• maintain records of sales and commission data,
• collaborate with team regarding commission related issues and
• diagnosis variations in commission structure, set-up and reporting

Must be organized, professional, have great written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to multi-task and problem solve

Must be able to think independently but also be a team player.

Must have ability to multi-task and problem solve and meet deadlines
