Job Description

  • Focused IT primary Point of Contact that can be dispatched to expedite the support, participate and support as part of Rapid Response Team, triage and attend / support Daily Performance Meetings.
  • Assist network support team and other infra teams for day-to-day troubleshooting and infra projects.
  • Assist Client SPOC with Reliability Calls for high priority tickets (P1/P2) investigation and resolution.
  • Helps local hardware support team with checking printers and shopfloor peripherals.
  • Provides assistance to the hardware support team for applications or processes
  • Act as coordinator for resolving incidents related to any application support in manufacturing plant
  • Be a SPOC for BUIT, Local support and external vendors.
  • Test connectivity for changes to network, including wireless, and patching
  • Coordinate with application owners to install the client applications and ensure that the applications launch as expected
  • Coordinate with equipment vendors for repair and maintenance.
  • Initial troubleshooting for application issues and continue to provide coordination/escalation to resolution/conclusion.
  • Support base business-related IQ/OQ testing and technical change control activities.
  • Coordinates the initiation, approval, planning, and implementation of patches related to applications, infrastructure, and OS for MLL Supported Applications.
  • Monitor and achieve service levels, tracks metrics/analytics, and ensures site health of TS services (e.g., network reliability, availability, capacity, Workstations/Servers Patch compliance etc.)
  • Act as primary contact for any end user escalations relating to the TS Services provided to the site, and escalate as needed with the TS SO.
  • Service request coordination related to TS services, as per direction from TS SO. For example: Creating services request related to IPAM, ad hoc backup requests, etc.
  • Requires the resource to be working in 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 02 PM – 11 PM tentatively)

Salary: $32,302.88 - $84,557.76 per year
