Senior Project Manager
Location/Area: Denver, CO (DIA)
Salary Range: $120k to $150K per year
IHC Scott is seeking an experienced senior project manager to help us build heavy civil construction projects in the greater Denver, CO area.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for optimizing performance and gross margin
- Manage operational, administrative, equipment and personnel functions
- Practice ethical business transactions, adhere to the corporate policies, values and beliefs while pursuing the company's short- and long-range goals

Qualifications:
- 4 years of relevant, progressive construction project management experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of project management including documentation, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, dispute resolution, personnel management, and resource (personnel and equipment) scheduling
- BS Degree: Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred
