FUNCIONES Y REPONSABILIDADES
- Vigilar la ruta de entrega y mantener la información necesaria para asegurar regresos.
- Monitorear cualquier cambio repentino e infirmar inmediato..
- Dar seguimiento a las cargas de principio a fin, asegurando la entrega en tiempo y forma.
- Revisar y asegurar el cumplimiento a la documentación para que el operador pueda cargar, descargar, cruce y permiso, según sea el caso.
- Supervisar la ruta e instrucciones compartidas para cumplir la solicitud.
- Supervisar que los tiempos establecidos para cargar y descargar sean los planificados.
- Mantener el sistema actualizado constantemente.
- Atención al cliente.
- Atención al equipo en horario completo
- Orden y Control de los Procesos.
