Ignite Human Capital is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner Near san diego, CA

POSITION SUMMARY

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner that oversees the entire candidate experience, from the first moment they become aware of an opportunity to their first day as a new employee. This position works in a high-volume, fast paced environment with demonstrated experience in planning, sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing and candidate relationship management. A successful team member must be able to manage competing demands while being extremely adaptable and flexible to constant changing business requirements. We offer a hybrid arrangement that offers the ability to work from home and our office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

The incumbent must be able to perform all the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manages and conducts full-cycle recruitment efforts for exempt and nonexempt positions, to include managing applicant tracking systems, candidate screenings, assessments, and background check reports.
  • Partners with Leadership, Managers, and Supervisors to forecast staffing needs and requirements.
  • Drives a wide degree of creative sourcing (social media, job search engines, etc.) and recruiting strategies to identify, pipeline and select top talent for current and future opportunities.
  • Provides an efficient and high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Leads the interview process, ensuring there are structured interviews while teaming with hiring managers to ensure comprehensive interviews are being executed with efficiency.
  • Provides consultative guidance to hiring managers and negotiates complex job offers by analyzing internal equity and external market data and evaluating various employment factors such as job experience, education/training, skills, knowledge, abilities and other pertinent data.
  • Participates in events such as job fairs, college relations and community outreach, as well as understands and applies knowledge of the Company's Affirmative Action Plan (AAP).
  • Manages key metrics around candidate flow, acceptance rate, yield, satisfaction, employment rate, etc. and recommends innovative process improvement strategies.
  • Provides direction to support staff and may provide direction to less experienced professional staff.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years full cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing hard-to-fill roles and attracting diverse and ambitious talent to the organization.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Experience closing high level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain first-rate customer service with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to identify issues, analyze and interpret data and develop innovative solutions to a variety of complex matters of diverse scope and nature.
  • Exceptional analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings to a variety of audiences.
  • A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours as required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
