This position is responsible for...

  • Proactively reaching out and making connections with talent to support the organization’s open roles. 
  • Attract candidates using various sources: proactive sourcing, social media networks, employee referrals. 
  • Partner closely with the hiring managers, HRBPs and candidates to facilitate the full cycle recruitment process for open positions throughout the organization.
    • This will include: opening requisitions, creating and uploading postings, searching, administering assessments, screening, scheduling interviews/simulations with candidates and hiring managers, tracking candidates/hires, as well as drafting offer letters, initiating drug screens and background checks.
  • Communicate with hiring managers on a frequent basis regarding their current openings and proactively provide updates on the status. 

What your background will be:

  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable field of study and 5 year’s relevant experience, or equivalent combination.
  • Proven work experience in the recruiting field (either an in-house or a staffing agency)
  • Experience with posting jobs and sourcing resumes on social media and job boards.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Management Systems (CMS) as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS). Experience in UltiPro (UKG) and UltiPro (UKG) Recruiting strongly preferred.
  • Current PHR/SPHR and/or HR certification highly desired; knowledge of federal and state employments laws essential.
