Ignite Human Capital is Hiring a Community Director Near Austin, TX

As a successful Community Director, you will be responsible for developing the business plan and leading implementation of that plan for your property. As you embark on your growth journey, you will also be responsible for motivating, training and coaching your team, as well as implementing and overseeing leasing, marketing and resident relation strategies, community operations and financials in order to meet and exceed strategic and business plan objectives!

  • Team Leadership (lead, orient, train, develop, and motivate your team)
  • Ensure you are meeting business plan objects (reviewing reports & analytics)
  • Effectively addresses and resolves conflict that creates a referral-worthy experience and mitigates risks
  • In Collaboration with the property Maintenance Manager & Director of Maintenance Operations, supports the property maintenance team to ensure positive employee and customer experiences and whiling mitigating risk & achieving business objectives.

 What we’re looking for

  • Two to four years’ experience as a residential property manager with profit and loss responsibility
  • Management skills (evaluating performance, accountability, coaching, team building)
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about making a positive impact on people
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid Texas driver's license, clean driving record and insurance required
  • Able to meet all physical requirements with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Must have a credit history that demonstrates sound financial decision making, responsibility and reliability
