Ingenovis Health is seeking a Human Resources Director to be the HR leader for our HealthCare Support business. Leveraging your proven experience guiding sales cultures, you’ll partner with leadership and our HR center of excellence team to strategically design and tactically execute people initiatives which enable the continued success of our business. You will help us ensure we have the right people in place and the tools for them to thrive in an environment of rapid technological transformation. As part of that, you’ll have a key role in transitioning the company to our Workday human capital management system. As part of our growing team, you’ll leverage your business acumen, ability to influence and in-depth HR knowledge to provide support in the areas of manager/supervisor coaching, recruiting, performance management and corrective action support, annual performance evaluation process, employee relations, separations of employment, reorganizations, integration of acquired entities, and compliance with company policies and employment law. What you’ll do: Operate as a trusted advisor and coach to organization leaders, building strong relationships and providing HR guidance to influence key priorities. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective and objective investigations in coordination with legal counsel as appropriate. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Provide performance management guidance to leaders in areas of goal setting, Drive employee engagement, working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention; analyze turnover data to develop hiring and retention solutions. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies in a data-driven manner. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation, developing and revising policies and procedures that incorporate employee-related laws into business operations. Guide organizational planning that evaluates structure, job design, and workforce planning, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations. Identify organizational and individual development needs, making recommendations to senior management and facilitating programs and resources that meet those needs. Work with Compensation team on job analysis and pay determination. Partner with HR shared services team and act as liaison with business and employees. Stay abreast of changing employment legislation and advise leadership on implications. Supervise staff as appropriate. What you’ll bring: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, or related discipline required; Master’s Degree in HR preferred. Staffing industry or sales organization experience a plus. 7 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues. Supervisory experience preferred. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws. Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong relationship building skills. Strong ability to exercise good judgment and discretion, uphold confidentiality. Excellent project management, organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to manage strategic and tactical responsibilities. Solid facilitation, coaching, feedback, and negotiation skills. Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies. Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications; including Word, Excel and Power Point. Working knowledge of HRIS systems, with Workday preferred. Compensation Range $104,400.00 - $130,500.00 Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life & disability insurance, 401K w/ employer match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
