General Job Description

Edmonson Electric, a division of IES Residential, is seeking an Electrician Service Technician for the Ocala,FL area.

A Electrcian Service Tech will correct any warrany issues that arise from construction of new homes.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring timeliness of calls in regards to homeowners schedule.
• Ensuring all homes we enter are left clean of all debris, material etc from our warranty call
• Ability to navigate situations with homeowners and deescalate situations with regard to frustration of call etc.

Specific Qualifications

• Electrical trade knowledge for all aspects of residential electric.
• Ability to read prints and scale to ensure placement of fixtures, receptacles, switches, etc.
• Must be able to lift up to ­­­­­60 pounds at times.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders.
• Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces
• Must be able to use hand and power tools for extended periods of time.
• Must have clean driving record.
