IES Residential is currently seeking HVAC Service Technician to join a winning team.
- Commission and document new HVAC systems.
- Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems ie. air handling units, ductwork, vents, condensation drainage.
- Diagnose, repair, and replace HVAC systems and equipment to the highest possible standard.
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Providing a top-notch customer experience and effectively communicating to homeowners and builders.
- Interact with superintendent to define commission and warranty repair schedule. Maintain working relationship to promote quality of work and scheduling efficiency.
- Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of all services performed.
- Responsible for care of company vehicle by keeping maintained, clean, and stocked; responsible for maintaining accurate and proper level of inventory on vehicle.
- Clearly communicates with the superintendent by giving essential recommendations regarding customer claim issues.
- Assist in the in-field training of new technicians.
- Experience in New Construction Residential preferred
- Type II EPA certification required
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to pass and comply with all safety training, background check and drug testing requirements
- Ability to bend, crouch, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, and work on ladders and scaffolds
- Willing to travel to required job site
