Marketing Coordinator Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks
• Ability to use social media effectively.
• Adobe InDesign, Adobe AcrobatPro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Web Authoring, Video editing software, MS Office skills required
• Ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• 3 years of experience in a marketing role in interior design, construction, engineering, architecture, or related industry.
• BA in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of social media applications.
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong eye for graphic design and understanding of layout.
• Familiar with the commercial interior architecture and/or design industry.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple, competing deadlines gracefully.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks despite fluctuating demands while maintaining high degree of attention to detail.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Handle and coordinate active calendars
• Schedule and confirm meetings
• Ensure messages support and are consistent with corporate branding and marketing strategies
• Produce proposal and presentation materials with input from pursuit team
• The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for delivering high quality proposals and other collateral to support the company sales and marketing initiatives.
• Write, edit, create, and deliver marketing materials including proposals, presentations, award submittals, and marketing collateral
• Work with management and project teams to develop proposals and qualifications in response to RFP’s and RFQ’s.
• Research prospects and recommend proposal strategies.
• Prepare materials for client presentations and interviews.
• Coordinate photoshoots for various assigned studios.
• Coordinate work of vendors and consultants.
• Collaborate with team members across the marketing team on corporate marketing projects and campaigns.
