Job Title: Technical Writer
Duration: 12 Months
Location: NYC, New York 

Job Description:
Engage with internal teams and partner vendors to develop and update documentation related to IT infrastructure,including but not limited to:

• VCS (Virtual computing and Storage)- Network – LAN/MAN/Internet Edge
• Server deployment (UNIX/Linux)
• Data Center Infrastructure
• Under the direction of internal planning teams, resources will be directed to work with individual teams to develop new documentation or update existing
• Track document completion status to completion against pre-existing timelines and engage leadership in the case of delays or blockers to completion

Skill Set:

• Solid organization and communication skills
• Experience in developing technical documentation of IT infrastructure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be needed to communicate with several teams within the organization
• It does not require specialized knowledge of any specific area, but general knowledge of IT infrastructure is necessary to facilitate timely communication with tower leads.
