Responsibilities

Be responsible to run production at Los Angeles Service Center at 4 shifts 24/7, to achive goals as: Zero Accidents, SLA above 99,5 %, Improve Quality and reduce customer complaints, productivity above 150 cards/labour /hour scrap no more than 0.75 % per month Moral = above 90 % on I speak up

• Production / Planning
• Implement a robust system at Production Planning, per shift, every day, train 100 % of Supervisors and Team Leader to follow the planning and a method to get accurate information from Night Shift on time, to meet SLA and Quality objectives above
•  Be an example on Quality , following daily ROSTER, asking for training, follow up if people are trained according training matrix 
• Implement a robust system at Manual FF to avoid mistakes and mismatches, SOP implement 100 %, training 100 % - both until end Q1 , new process, lay-out/desks 
• Be a sponsor and Implement SIM 1, deploying in all production cells/process
• Implement TPM and Kaizen activities in all process to have 1 team member taking care of 2 Perso machines
• Deploy training matrix with check list , for 100 % on employees and continuning doing Plant Introduction/ Training process for new employees 

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 67,000-$95,000 benefits bonus. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
