The State & Local Center of Excellence (CoE) Business Process Analyst plays a significant role in ensuring program and project management excellence. As a CoE Business Process Analyst, you will be an integral part of a team focused on how quality services, products and solutions are delivered to our customers to meet their desired and expected outcomes. In this role, you will assist the S& L CoE Sr. Manager in achieving this by establishing, enforcing, and continuously improving upon processes and executing program and project management standards and goals. You will be responsible for maintaining, developing, documenting,and implementing standard processes, procedures, best practices, and a common knowledge-sharing repository to serve across two business lines and three distinct business segments.
Success in this role is dependent upon a working knowledge of project management standards and principles, program management, and a keen desire to develop, improve, and support business processes. Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational and problem-solving skills are key, along with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
A creative and collaborative mindset is of the utmost importance.
