The Manufacturing Engineer researches, plans, trains, executes, and facilitates operational improvement programs to create a culture of continuous improvement using Lean manufacturing methods that lead to employee empowerment, elimination of waste, and key results improvement. Specifically, the goal of this position is to improve safety, reduce cost, improve quality, reduce scrap, minimize rework, improve process reliability, and reduce set‑up times. Assist in coordination of the capital spending program, ensure accuracy of BOM and routing within the ERP system, and assisting in new product launch during and after implementation.
