Job Description

Overview

Assist the Human Resource Department in word processing, record keeping, and clerical duties.

Responsibilities

  • Answering the HR All Call phones
  • Responsible for logo wear supply and workflow
  • Responsible for Business Card workflow – proof, approve, sort and delivery
  • Responsible for Sunshine workflow, talent cards, name tags, new babies and access badges
  • Monitor and prepare various daily, weekly and month end reports.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent education. Excellent word processing and research skills. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and without supervision. Ability to always maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records.

 

Performance Standard:

Accurate word processing skills, professional in appearance, quality, and quantity of work, and reliable. Ability to multi-task and learn other duties quickly. Maintain confidentiality and a positive attitude. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.).
  • Sit for extended periods of time.
  • Lift 20-40 pounds of applicable supplies including but not limited to copy paper, cash drawers, marketing material, etc.
  • Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers.
  • Reach keyboards.
  • Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).
