Iconica is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team! We approach things differently and are out to change the perceptions of our industry. We are a full-service team; architecture, engineering and construction professionals as one business that lives in cross-functional teamwork.

As a strategic member of the Iconica team, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for broadening our reach, increasing our brand awareness and ensuring our message is reflective of our great work. With a focus on authentically interacting with the community, this individual will build and cultivate relationships through our various social media platforms. Specific responsibilities include:

• Managing the marketing strategy as it supports our business development efforts
• Developing our content marketing to create and maintain positive brand awareness and communications both internally and externally
• Coordinating and creating videos to share our message
• Designing and maintaining our company website and social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube)
• Attending networking events and other assigned opportunities to help develop and strengthen relationships
• Organizing, co-authoring, and/or providing assistance with writing copy for blogs, emails, newsletters, and social media posts that align with brand strategy and are appropriate to a multitude of audiences
• Issuing press releases regarding projects, employees, activities, etc.
• Creating and maintaining collateral sales tools (i.e. project sheets, project resumes)
• Organizing and managing events to improve community, client, prospect, and subcontractor relations (including Iconica ACE food truck events)
• Providing direction to our web and project photography consultants
• Attending networking events and other assigned opportunities to help develop and strengthen relationships
• Serving as support to the business development team (as needed)

Qualified candidates will have the following:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field or commensurate experience
• Minimum five years working experience in digital marketing or social media field, which includes experience with company social media management for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Knowledge of Construction and Real Estate Development industry (preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), video direction/creation, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
• Excellent written, digital, and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate technical concepts and information effectively to a wide range of audiences and on a variety of platforms
• Effective time management, organizational and priority setting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent research skills including the ability to analyze information and make recommendations
• High initiative and passion for learning
• Effective working individually and within team environments
