In this role, you will work with internal and external clients and will have the opportunity to help support the mission, business, service, and operational needs of our customers.ICF’s Disaster Management Division works with government agencies and communities to design and implement policies and programs to recover from disasters and promote increased resilience to disasters. Our functional expertise is in program management and operations, planning and preparedness, technical assistance and training, strategic communications and outreach, compliance and monitoring, and performance measurement and evaluation. Clients include states and localities administering the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) funded disaster recovery programs.This is a full-time, entry-level position that is expected to begin immediately. The work can be fully remote from any US location or hybrid from Oregon. At this time, we are unable to provide relocation assistance for this position.Key Responsibilities include : Support case manager or grant manager with specific assignments to support applicants during the application review or project implementationReview applications for federal assistance for disaster-impacted applicantsAssist management with tasks associated with grants, reporting, financials, and other administrative tasksWork as part of a team reviewing the accuracy of the data presented in written documents and systemsProject / task delivery and supportSupport the design of end-to-end data visualizations / reporting solutions, from data extraction to the presentation, to address the clients’ needsInterface with clients and other contractors to solicit information and communicate deadlinesAssist with special initiatives and research needsMay assist with development of standard operating procedures, checklists, and policies.

• Minimum Qualifications :
• A completed Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Emergency Management, Finance, Data Analytics / Visualization or related discipline
