Description
This person will be responsible for coordinating the work of the Support Services representatives located in the Tampa office. He or she will handle escalations and provide technical assistance to the existing staff, they will also provide training to any new hires and deliver any uptraining modules to the existing employees. The Team Lead will monitor the schedule adherence and availability of the Tampa representatives and will coordinate with the Support Services Manager to address production concerns and work assignments. The Team Lead will also take calls from the que as available.
Requirements
2-3 years call center experience required. Proven ability to handle customer escalations and act as a leader to their team. Candidate must be Bilingual in English and Spanish and experience in Medicaid ,Medicare or Healthcare preferred.
Applicant must have strong working knowledge of Excel and be able to efficiently create reports and meet deadlines. They must be able to work independently, foster teamwork and cooperation and interact effectively with all levels of employees from representatives to Management. Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred and must display initiative, strong communication skills and personal accountability.
