About Fund Finance Tax at iCapital:

The Fund Finance Tax Services team is responsible for supporting global tax initiatives thorugh structuring, operational excellence, and tax compliance worldwide.

In your internship, as part of the Fund Finance tax team, some areas of responsibility may include:

• Administrate invoice classifications.
• Assist in redemption reviews and support fund expense allocations.
• Assist in creating a procedure manual.
• Configure a new system for the gathering of tax information.
• Assist with the Innovation Challenge winning project ‘Tax Crawler’ initiative to pull tax liabilities pending from each state for each fund.
• Create workflow tool for new tax processes.

The ideal candidate:

• Highly inquisitive, collaborative, and a creative problem solver
• Possess foundational knowledge of and/or genuine interest in the financial markets
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Able to adapt to new responsibilities and manage competing priorities
• Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• A rising junior or senior in a U.S. college/university bachelor’s degree program
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Authorized to work in the United States*

Pay Rate: $35.00/hour relocation stipend and transportation stipend
