Under minimal supervision, the Senior Business Analyst partners with interdepartmental management teams to analyze and address business needs and/or deficiencies involving the Bank’s process, products, services, and/or technology. This is based on alignment with strategic goals and business strategy, and maintaining high standards of product and service quality while meeting customers’ needs in the most cost effective manner. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, management or a related field is required 3-5 years of business experience in one of the following; process improvement, project management or product management is required Previous experience in business analysis; change management; strategic planning; operations or vendor management preferred Previous experience in banking of financial services environment, strongly preferred Experience participating in and leading large, complex cross-functional projects Strong proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio to perform analyses, complete reports, and prepare presentations Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to give presentations to all levels of employees, including management Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be influential and establish positive working relationships across the organization Ability to participate in business analysis, strategy, product and project management, and/or process improvement initiatives in a corporate environment Knowledge of business assessment tools such as analysis/needs assessments, feasibility studies, business case and cost/benefit analyses Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven ability to multitask and ability to work independently Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements Job Details: Regular
