The Infrastructure Lead leads all cloud and network infrastructure services, virtualization, data, wired/wireless networks, and managed services offerings (cloud, on-premise, and customer facility). This role designs, develops, and monitors cloud services, local area (LANs), and wide area networks (WANs) across the organization and managed services customers.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead a high-performing team; attract, recruit, and retain team members.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to identify strategic technology solutions.
• Support all infrastructure, data center, and networks to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Develop innovative methods of exploiting new and existing IT assets to meet the requirements of the business.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions for infrastructure cloud services and migration activities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for cloud and network infrastructure administration, usage, and disaster recovery.
• Lead infrastructure strategy and associated budget requirements with a multi-year plan and roadmap.
• Lead the Disaster Recovery Planning (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) efforts as applicable for the infrastructure team.
• Conduct appropriate design, development, documentation, and deployment of new technical IT solutions.
• Implement lead and technical subject matter expert for new or upgraded software and equipment.
• Manage and build strong relationships with third-party vendors.
• Configure and support the appropriate cloud infrastructure which includes data lake, compute, containerization, backups, automation, and other cloud services. Support data reporting and data analytics.
• Work closely with the development team to design and implement DevOps.
• Monitor infrastructure costs and implements procedures to optimize usage of all resources.
• Configure virtual infrastructure and network to ensure environment has redundancy and meets business requirements.
• Ensure changes to IT infrastructure can be monitored and managed effectively.
• Ensure network connectivity of all servers, workstations, telephony services, cloud infrastructure, and other network services.
• Manage infrastructure servers, including database, e-mail, print, and backup servers and associated operating systems and software.
• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to on-premise and cloud infrastructure, network configuration, network mapping, servers and other infrastructure assets.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience and success with cloud infrastructure, LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure design and implementation for a multisite national network.
• 5 years of experience with Dell Servers, Storage, Sonicwall, and other enterprise grade infrastructure.
• 3 years of experience with network infrastructure capacity planning and general network management best practices.
• 3 years of experience with Azure cloud solutions and Azure tools implementation, configuration, optimization and support – particularly blob storage, Azure Key Vault, NSG, RDS, SQL and PIM.
• Experience managing latest versions of Windows Server, including Windows infrastructure services such as Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), DNS, DHCP, and network services.
• Merger and acquisition experience preferred.
• Knowledge and experience administering Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with Windows and Third-Party security updates and patches.
• Experience managing web content filtering and email security products.
• Experience working with security and SEIM/MDR tools such as Alien Vault, Nessus Tenable, and others.
• Detailed understanding of the concepts of IT security and deploying the appropriate security and banking standards.
• Experienced in team leadership and talent development.
• Strong change management knowledge and experience.
• Experience with understanding and optimizing business processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
• Relevant IT certifications preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with DevOps tools and processes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementation and support.
• Experience serving the Banking and/or Financial Institution industries
