The International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) is looking for a Communications Manager to join its team.
Job Summary
Under the direction of the Communications Director, the Communications Manager will oversee the external communications and media related functions. They will be responsible for forging relationships with journalists and key influencers to ensure effective media coverage. They will work to develop an IAPP spokesperson matrix to ensure IAPP spokespeople are represented in the media and external events. This candidate should be a well-organized self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication skills. Agency experience is preferred.
