Job Description
- Installing software and networking systems.
- Troubleshooting network and software issues.
- Fixing hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Responding to general IT requests
- Filing monthly reports for the IT Maintenance.
- Training staff on newly installed hardware and software systems.
- Writing office IT device user manuals
- IT Assets Management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
- Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
- Experience with Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, VPN)
- Familiarity with general OS systems(e.g., Windows, Linux, unix ..) and Office software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
