Hypno is Hiring a Sales Director (FT) Near Brooklyn, NY

Overview:
As a Sales Director at HYPNO, you will identify and grow existing and new client relationships across the full range of HYPNO’s services as an ambassador for the brand. You will lead and/or facilitate multi-disciplinary HYPNO teams, manage account development efforts, and foster relationships with executive decision makers to achieve account revenue goals.
To accomplish this, you bring a thoughtful and consultative approach to the job every day. To clients, you will convey a keen understanding of HYPNO’s complete value across product, creative services, strategy, and technology. In addition, you will help them navigate the comprehensive challenges involved in innovation within complex global organizations.
You are expected to drive the creation, proposal, and winning of new programs by matching clients’ needs with HYPNO’s offerings and persuasively presenting the HYPNO solution. While the Director is primarily focused on new program initiation, they lead the status of ongoing engagements and building of long-term relationships with decision makers and influencers is a must.

Responsibilities:
  • You will be on the front lines of building initial and lasting impressions with clients who are interested in building relationships with HYPNO.
  • Immersing yourself in the essential dynamics, strategies, and drivers of your client’s business - always be on the cutting edge of experience.
  • Eloquently articulating our views on digital business philosophies, keeping clients up to date on industry context.
  • You participate in the creation and execution of account strategy in collaboration with account discipline leads.
  • You contribute to account plans and reviews, reporting, project kickoffs, and key project deliverable read-outs.
  • You control and communicate the new business funnel, providing accurate and timely reporting of all new project opportunities to the executive team.
  • You ensure closure on client commitments to new projects, including decision-maker verbal/e-mail approval and timely signatures on Statements of Work.
  • You gain an intimate understanding of your clients’ business strategy, product group/service offerings, organization, processes, and decision-making structures.
  • Achieving annual revenue contribution goals.
  • Achieving new client acquisition targets.
  • Demonstrating proactive ability in reaching executive decision makers for the innovation work that Hypno does.
  • Willingness to travel as needed – you’re open to new places, new faces, and new ideas.
Qualifications:
  • An eye for perfection, an expectation of excellence, an understanding of how to get there.
  • 5 years of experience in quota-carrying roles.
  • Digitally fluent, with an understanding of the complex, fragmented media landscape and how to bring together cohesive programs and drive results for clients.
  • Experientially savvy, able to bridge the divide between digital campaigns and real-world experiences in physical space.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly with oral and visual presentations.
  • Authentically passionate about great work, your team, and our business.
  • A good listener, someone who reads people and those in a room well (and adapts their style and response accordingly).
