To keep up with our rapid growth, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team, all while being a leading example of our company culture.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive creation of marketing collateral and develop sales materials;
• Create engaging Hypertec Direct content for both the Canadian and US websites using WordPress;
• Manage social media accounts;
• Coordinate and validate product marketing messaging with the Sales team;
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis across multiple market verticals;
• Collaborate to develop, maintain a marketing plan with the Marketing and sales departments;
• Develop and maintain campaigns, messaging and positioning for each product line;
• Deliver specific marketing deliverables outlined in the marketing plan;
• Generate recurring user feedback reports;
• Participate in events to increase engagement in product;
• Manage and maintain our internal ERP, ChannelOnline.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, and graphic design;
• Proven skillset in WordPress web design and maintenance;
• Excellent proofreading skills to ensure quality control;
• Strategic thinker with good understanding of brand management;
• Proven ability to prioritize, organize, manage time and multi-task with excellent attention to detail, and be a team player with a positive attitude;
• Strong work ethic, autonomous, and flexible with excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
