Position Title: Salesforce Developer Administrator

Position Location: Remote

Summary:

In this position, you will be solely responsible for our Salesforce platform strategy, implementation, and the integration of our various products across the company; including design, development, and implementation of controls and capabilities associated with standard and proper Salesforce integration. You will apply your Salesforce development, engineering, and administrative skills to develop the necessary solutions required for multiple internal resource groups across the company. Must fully understand Salesforce architecture, processes, reporting, analytics, dashboards, and international markets. You will also contribute to policy, procedure and regulatory documents and ensure Salesforce implementations and integrations meet best practice and compliance requirements where applicable including, but not limited to: SOX, HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST and federal and state security and compliance regulations. Your work will require dialogue with regulating authorities, standards bodies, vendors, and various key stakeholders within the organization. You will work side by side with multiple teams and groups within the organization and need to manage priorities and competing requests according to the plan and vision of the entire company.

This position will be on the IT & Security Team and will report to the Head of IT & Security working primarily with the Commercial Sales, Support and Business organizations.

Responsibilities:

As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be: 

  • Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day Salesforce use: setting up and allocating permissions for users, managing data from other systems, developing automation to support business processes, updating existing processes to accommodate business changes, troubleshooting, prioritizing, and managing workload.
  • Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions, and production issues reported by end-users.
  • Perform hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks in support of current and new projects.
  • Develop SDLC for Salesforce DC software deployment, source control, and disaster recovery.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce permission allocation: OWD, profiles, groups, roles, territories, sharing rules, and permission sets
  • Proactive identification of areas for improvement and functional gaps in existing Salesforce solutions and ability to handle multiple projects at all times.
  • Develop and maintain account hierarchy structure in a way that satisfies the requirements of the sales, service, finance, product, and legal organizations.
  • Build upon existing features and processes to maintain detailed information about complex medical devices to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Engage and collaborate with various business owners to optimize, prioritize, and deliver on business requirements and process flows.
  • Marketing automation configuration and support: campaign and list management, journey building, and optimization of the integration between the Salesforce platform and the Marketing tool.
  • Regularly update data flows, reports, and dashboards to illustrate business trends and support data-driven business decisions. 
  • Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Salesforce configuration with best practices.
  • Create, maintain, and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data.
  • Developing connections/integrations with other systems
  • Assist in our efforts during times related to audits, security, and compliance verification (SOX, HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST).
  • Cross-group collaboration within Hyperfine to support customer and product requirements, risk mitigations and verification tests.
  • Oversee change management for SF.
  • Track, address outages or reported issues as the Point of contact for the platform.
  • Define, implement and maintain profiles and user accounts.
  • Manage relationship with Salesforce account manager to build a collaborative long-term partnership.
  • Track and oversight for renewal and licenses
  • Develop user guides and training materials.
  • Respond to user inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate products and add-ons for expansion or integration.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Deep understanding of sales pipeline management, sales operations goals, and related Salesforce best practices. Solid understanding of Salesforce permission allocation: OWD, profiles, groups, roles, territories, sharing rules, and permission sets
  • Knowledge of ERP systems. NetSuite ERP a plus
  • Strong analytical, multi-tasking, and troubleshooting skills, including deep knowledge of how to use Salesforce resources to assist in administering and troubleshooting the org.

Education/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or equivalent work experience required.
  • 5 years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator and developer
  • Experience managing a Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud instance.
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce DX, Lightening Web Components
  • Deep understanding of sales pipeline management, sales operations goals, and related Salesforce best practices. Solid understanding of Salesforce permission allocation: OWD, profiles, groups, roles, territories, sharing rules, and permission sets
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, rapid growth-oriented organization a plus. Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements.
  • Experience with Celigo middleware integration tool

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with training and Learning Management Systems is highly desired. 
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry, experience with HIPAA and management of PHI, Salesforce healthcloud, AWS connect, Twillio, Tableau, Mulesoft, or other healthcare interoperability standards (EDI, HL7)
