Join us for this incredible opportunity at Hyatt Regency Dallas, which is located downtown next to the iconic Reunion Tower. The primary responsibility of this position is to eagerly provide support to a team of sales managers to achieve monthly sales goals. Duties of this position include maintaining client databases, drafting contracts and proposals, assisting and development of social media content, answering incoming calls and emails, communicating with clients and hotel guests, collaborating with hotel departments to arrange site visit tours, and other administrative duties. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem solving skills.

Requirements
- Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Previous administrative, sales, or hotel experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Minimum 2-year associates degree (4-year degree preferred)
