This position works on smartphone technology in a clean, safe, and temperature-controlled environment. No assembly line. No switching between days and nights. Responsibilities: Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing machines and processes. Perform tasks involving moving mechanical parts and energized electrical equipment. Monitor equipment for alarms and visible product defects; take action based on work instructions. Perform basic troubleshooting on production equipment. Understand and follow policies and work instructions. Transfer product using mechanical lifts and carts. Maintain a clean work environment; clean equipment as needed. Follow safety policies and procedures. Help resolve manufacturing issues and provide continuous improvement recommendations. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Able to use a computer for work instructions, data entry, and manufacturing tasks. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Self-motivated and work with a sense of urgency. Able to work independently and prioritize between multiple tasks. Able to regularly lift and move 25 pounds (and occasionally up to 50 pounds). Able to stand/walk for up to 90% of 10-hour shift.
