Kokomo Service Division—Service Coordinator

Huston Electric, a full-service electrical contractor serving customers throughout Indiana since 1939, is seeking a Service Coordinator at our Kokomo location. This individual must possess a strong work ethic and communication skills. We are offering ($16-$18 per hour), based on experience and an exceptionally good benefit package which includes paid vacation, 401 (K) match, pension, medical, dental and vision coverage for a full-time employee. This position will report daily to our Kokomo office and working hours are 7:30 AM to 4:30PM with an hour lunch.

General Requirements

• Customer service.
• Previous experience working for a construction or service company that includes creating work orders, billing, and dispatching service technicians.
• Data entry in our company software which includes billing, invoicing, creating work orders, accounts payable, accounts receivable and writing purchase orders. 
• Clerical duties such as: filing, greeting customers, answering the phone and daily mail.
• MS Office computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• General skills: problem solving, customer service, time management, understand verbal & written instructions and willingness to learn a variety of duties.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
