PARI Robotics Inc. is Hiring an Administrative Manager Near Utica, MI

Overview

The Administrative Manager will coordinate and perform a diverse set of support tasks, managing facility, staff and project needs, and property to ensure the organization and its facilities have the staff and resources needed to operate smoothly and efficiently. In the absence of the Office Assistant, some of the job functions of the Office Assistant must be covered by the Administrative Manager (as needed). This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Duties

· Ensure that buildings (all WP facilities), grounds, equipment, and supplies are maintained serviced, and in compliance with reporting as required

· Supervise and coordinate overall administrative activities

· Maintain reception and conference areas at all WP facilities (cleanliness top priority)

· Prepare, negotiate, analyze, and review contracts for equipment, supplies, materials, services, and products

  • WP Facilities inspections /safety inspections (fire etc.)
  • WP facility maintenance (scheduling repair work etc.)
  • Reviewing WP facility contracts (plumbing, lawn, snow removal)

· Delegates the acquisition, distribution, and storage of company supplies and shared support services such as mailing, printing, and copying

· Arrange travel arrangements as needed

· Organize catering for meetings/office functions (event planning)

· Maintain department budget including forecasting and reporting

· Identify opportunities for cost savings, increased efficiencies, or other improvements; recommends and implements policy or process changes as appropriate

· Navigate and problem solve through obstacles to achieve specific goals and objectives

Experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

· Proficient in managing and maintaining a budget

· Knowledge of advanced administrative and clerical systems and procedures

· Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g., fax machines and printers)

· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Strong organizational and planning skills

· Leadership and initiative are a must for this position

Educational Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four plus years of related experience required or

· Associate degree and 6 plus years of experience
