Job Summary

Busy small animal veterinary hospital is seeking a Customer Care Representative. Job requirements include but not limited to

• Answering multiply line phone system
• Greeting clients
• Preparing patient files and putting medical history into the computer system
• Relaying messages from clients to support staff
• Accurately handling payment transactions
• Experience with basic office functions
• Comfortable with communication, typing, and adapting to different software is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
