Humana MarketPOINT, Inc. is Hiring a Remote National Sales Executive

Description Are you passionate about contributing to the well-being of the Medicare population? Would you like to play an integral and strategic part in the overall success of a team? If so, the National Sales Executive role is responsible for growth/recruitment of Call Center/eVendor Partnerships on a national level. In this role, you will also develop Partner Call Center engagement and sales strategy in coordination with corporate business partners. Responsibilities The National Sales Executive role will work with Humana’s external Call Center/eVendor distribution channel partners. This role is responsible for growth/recruitment of Call Center/eVendor Partnerships, foster existing relationships to continue to develop and manage partners, and lead/support various program initiatives/pilots with internal partners in various areas of the organization such as Provider Network, Pharmacy, Compliance, Marketing/Digital, & Operations. This role is accountable for achieving new sales growth targets on Humana products. This role is directly responsible for developing, selling, and then activating strategies with multi-year time horizons of impact. The National Sales Executive will work with multiple partners and must be able to work with Senior Leadership across the organization to collaborate, analyze and engage for key business initiatives and partner relationships. Required Qualifications Active Health & Life Insurance licenses or ability to obtain prior to start date Bachelor's degree OR 8 years of sales/account management experience Prior experience in public speaking and presentations Prior experience using CRM tools, Sales/Marketing Resources, Microsoft Office with proficiency in TEAMS, Excel, and PowerPoint This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree Medicare or Insurance industry experience Additional information Position can be located anywhere in the continental US and has to be licensed in that state. Travel: This position could require approximately 50%-75% or more travel with overnight stays Upon offer acceptance you must be able to complete and pass the AHIP certification (paid for by Humana) prior to your start date Scheduled Weekly Hours 40
