HUMAN TOUCH HOME HEALTH is Hiring an Office Administrative Assistant Near Whitehall, PA

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The receptionist/clerical assistant is responsible for answering high volume incoming calls, conducting high volume outbound calls, faxing physician orders, have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, performing routine clerical matters and assuring that documents flow in a coordinated and efficient manner. Managing and maintaining, updating and entry to excel spreadsheets. There are also some on-call components to this position.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for distributing all incoming mail and packages to appropriate personnel.

· Responsible for inbound and outbound telephone calls, taking messages and directing all incoming calls to appropriate personnel.

· Responsible for greeting all visitors and guests with a warm professional smile.

· Assistance with scheduling, order tracking and coordination of visits.

· Maintains the files, supplies, postage, and general office condition in an orderly manner.

· Faxing and follow up until received

  • Excel Spreadsheet preparation and tracking skills
  • Special projects and other related duties as assigned by Management.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School/Some college and/or work equivalent
  • One year of medical office or home care setting
  • One year of administrative support experience
  • Scheduling experience
