AI Fire is searching for a Sr. Financial Analyst to be located in Round Rock, Texas. In this role, you will collaborate with our business partners, consolidate company financials and perform financial analysis and reporting to support the business.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain and develop corporate reporting, to include 3 statements, lender and board packages, and operational metrics using web based reporting tools (Planful)Develop and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts from inception that guide the company's strategic decision-making on revenue drivers, new product development and key initiativesConduct ongoing analysis of key business drivers, trends, variance analysis and performance indicatorsCreate and maintain critical dashboards that are actionable for Senior ManagementAssist in the preparation of the annual operating plans in line with the strategic direction of the companyDevelop and prepare executive-grade presentations and reporting for leadership team and board meetings Provide ad hoc analytical support to influence decision making with financial perspectiveDevelop scalable and efficient financial processes that support the business Understand data architecture and effectively utilize data from multiple systems Complete special projects as assignedJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or highly analytical field is required3 to 5 years of related business financial experience in addition to a proven track record of superior financial modeling and analysis is requiredExperience in financial reporting consolidationsProficiency in building financial and decision support models, ideally 3-statement models and cash flow forecastsDemonstrated knowledge of finance and accounting principles and practices, analysis and reporting financial data.Experience using Planful (financial reporting tool) is a plusStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex financial analyses to senior leaders clearly and conciselyAbility to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable prioritiesProven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloadExperience in a service or project industry is a plusProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and SQLMust be able to work independently and be a self-starterERP/accounting systems and Business Intelligence solutions knowledge is preferably MS Dynamics GP and MS PowerBI or Tableau Certifications in Accounting,QuickBooks, Excel & Database/Access if preferred
