Human Interest Group is Hiring a Remote Revenue Marketing Manager

We're looking for a fast, creative, forward-thinking, meticulously organized, and self-motivated professional who lives by the 10X rule. As a revenue marketing manager, your focus will be middle and bottom of the funnel (intent/evaluation/purchase), helping create compelling content and promotions to help our sales account executives increase lead-to-opportunity and closed won rates. You’re the right fit for this role if you are passionate about accelerating revenue, comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thrive on problem-solving, and default to action. And as we go 24,791 mph, you should be comfortable with change. 

What you get to do every day

  • Work in Salesforce and be intimate with the data; how are we performing at a team, regional and individual contributor level 
  • Listen to Gong calls and figure out where are the closed won and closed lost opportunities 
  • Work with lifecycle marketing manager, sales training and SDR team to understand how we can improve lead-to-opportunity rates
  • Supporting the growing sales organization by creating content they need to accelerate their pipeline (competitive knowledge, custom proposals, presentations, and sales enablement collateral)
  • Analyzing and reporting on performance of different marketing tactics to ensure your efforts contribute to overall growth of the organization
  • Working in partnership with the marketing team to have consistent messaging and positioning to maximize your contributions while supporting cross-functional initiatives

What you bring to the role

  • 3 years of relevant experience. Particularly in content creation and messaging/positioning
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional skills – you have the ability to think and communicate creatively, thoughtfully, and on your feet with diverse technical and non-technical team members
  • Experience writing emails and collateral
  • Proven ability to work effectively across marketing and sales organizations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth software company where change is a constant
  • Self-starter, ability to lead innovative, entrepreneurial efforts and drive for excellence
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, determine project urgency and execute detailed action plans
  • Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with other team members
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Smartsheet, Highspot, and Outreach a plus

Compensation - The on-target earnings (OTE) range target for the role seniority described in this job description is $100,000 - $144,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, compensation/equity mix, and market data. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
