Description

The Investor Relations Coordinator will support the IR team, with specific attention to processing highly confidential and sensitive information, drafting investment documents, onboarding new investors, managing the meeting calendar, and fielding incoming calls from new and existing investors. This position is critical to our growth and has a significant impact on organization health; strict adherence to the on-site attendance policy is essential. The incumbent is expected to conduct herself/himself in a manner that demonstrates initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and exercises strict confidentiality in the appropriate areas of her/his performance. Attention to detail is critical.

Responsibilities

  • Practice independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload
  • Draft investment documents for new and existing investors, requiring a high level of detail
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with a diverse group of internal contacts at all levels of the organization, existing, and prospective investors, and visitors
  • Manage inbound phone calls from various internal marketing campaigns, communicate HPC value propositions, and route appropriately
  • Internal and external meeting confirmations and follow up communication
  • Maintain record and notes in Salesforce
  • Create, file, and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills
