This Financial Analyst position is for you, if you would enjoy:

• Supporting senior management in analyzing and monitoring Hudson’s performance
• Analyzing budget, forecast, long-term projections and financial analysis in order to evaluate the impact of various business decisions
• Conducting various audits and reporting findings to management
• Working a hybrid schedule out of our headquarters in East Rutherford, NJ

Financial Analyst Key Accountabilities:

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, business plans, and monthly reporting package for executive management
• Perform P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow analysis
• Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results
• Utilize BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance
• Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts
• Review operations and recommend new productivity or cost saving initiatives
• Support Finance and HQ Management team requests and ad hoc reporting
• Assist with quarterly and annual audits

Financial Analyst Required Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Finance
• Requires 1-3 years of financial/accounting experience preferably with focus on planning and analysis
• Requires SAP experience
• Requires advanced Excel knowledge (VBA preferred)
• Requires outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
• Requires ability to work as a part of a cross-functional team and to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior management and operations
• Requires demonstrated attention to detail, good time management, customer service skills and organization skills
• Requires very good communication and interpersonal skills
