The Accounts Receivable Coordinator position is for you, if you would enjoy:

• Accurate processing and timely reconciliation of vouchers and checks
• Work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
• Meet tight deadlines
• Being based out of our East Rutherford, New Jersey office, with a hybrid work-model

Key Accountabilities - your team is counting on youAccounts Receivable Coordinator to:

• Work on Meal vouchers, receiving them from locations, invoice to the airlines
• Work on analyzing and Write offs
• Work on Collections form meal vouchers
• Process the checks in banks and code the.
• Maintain Meal vouchers reconciliations
• Work with various departments and managers to clarify and resolve open collection issues
• Work with business partners and vendors to resolve issues
• Abide by department policies and procedures, including SOX controls
• Assist with other projects as assigned

Accounts Receivable Coordinator Required Qualifications:

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Proficiency in Excel
• Minimum of 2 years of SAP experience
• Previous 2 and 3-way collections experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience high-volume Accounts Receivable experience along with inventory knowledge

Accounts Receivable Coordinator Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Accounting/Finance
• Previous Retail Accounts Payable experience
