Job Duties:
1. Plans, directs, and coordinates operations in support of organizational growth.
2. Formulates policies. Consults with and advises CEO and Senior Leaders regarding significant events.
3. Provides direction and administration for facility operations. Assures compliance with all applicable regulatory bodies.
4. Responds to any situation needing immediate action or investigation
5. Tracks/trends metrics in all areas of responsibility.
6. Consistently reviews salary/supply expenses to improve spending, within budgetary confines.
7. Conducts strategic planning and goal setting to support organization goals.
8. Always considers profitability and maximized reimbursements when making decisions.
9. Participates in budget development for areas of responsibility.
Education/Experience:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or similar discipline
2. Min. of 10 years progressive experience in healthcare facility management, overseeing multiple departments, knowledge of all applicable state and federal regulations ie: DOH, OSHA, DNV, Joint Commission, HIPPA etc.
